Caroline Bundesman Hearn, LMFT

Therapist, workshop facilitator, owner

When our relationships shift towards dysfunctional, they can become more stressful than comforting… even our relationship with ourself. I work with adults to create more easeful relationships with themselves and others. Together we explore disconnection, unresolvable issues, Intergenerational Trauma, toxic relationship patterns, childhood wounds, and setting boundaries.

My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment-based and somatic techniques, recognizing the profound impact of trauma and early experiences on one's emotional well-being and relational patterns. By integrating these modalities, I help my clients cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their interpersonal dynamics, paving the way for more fulfilling connections and meaningful relationships.

While gentle, my approach to therapy is persistently curious and softly challenging. I honor my commitment to validation, to hearing your story and to curating a space of safety that supports your commitment to change.

My clients often identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and empaths. HSPs and empaths often feel very deeply and are highly attuned to the world around them. HSPs and empaths often assume careers in people professions. This includes, but are not limited to, therapy, medicine, creativity, human resources, etc. If this sounds like you, let's chat!
