  • Children’s therapy is a supportive space where kids and teens can safely express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through age-appropriate approaches like play, conversation, creative activities, and skill-building. Whether your child is dealing with anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, trauma, or life changes like divorce or loss, therapy can help them build resilience, emotional awareness, and coping tools.

    We use evidence-based approaches, like Play Therapy, that are both developmentally appropriate and grounded in current research on child mental health.

    To support the best outcomes, we believe therapy is most effective when parents or caregivers are consistently involved in the process. That might include regular check-ins, parent coaching, collaborative planning, or learning strategies to reinforce growth at home. Your partnership is an essential part of your child’s healing and progress.
